Job summary

MedMe Health seeks a delivery-focused professional to own day-to-day coordination for our largest enterprise accounts and drive both short-term cadence and long-range initiatives. You will triage requests, run client syncs, and convert approvals into actionable tickets for Product and Engineering.

You’ll manage multi-year deployments, own plans and risk logs from kickoff to go-live, and reduce escalation noise by providing clear context to keep teams aligned.

Qualifications

• Proven technical project or delivery management experience coordinating software implementations or configurations with engineering and business stakeholders.
• Ability to sit with clients and engineers in quick succession and translate between them clearly.
• Strong triage instincts to decide when to handle, loop in PM, or involve an engineer.
• Organized and proactive on risk, surfacing issues early.
• Comfortable running scrum/agile cadences with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Able to operate in ambiguity and help build playbooks.
• Nice to have: background in regulated/high-growth SaaS; Jira/HubSpot familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery coordination for our largest clients, run recurring syncs, triage requests, resolve what you can before escalating.
• Lead larger, multi-year enterprise projects, owning plan, timeline, and risk log from kickoff to go-live.
• Act as the technical translator between Product/Engineering and the account team to convert client asks into scoped tickets.
• Reduce escalation noise by providing context so Product/Engineering are involved only for genuinely new asks.
• Surface risk early and flag scope creep as an internal issue before it reaches the client.
• Partner with the account team; work with Client Success to own delivery while they own the relationship.
• Keep documentation current with accurate project status, scope, and timelines.
