Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with deep retail domain expertise to lead and coordinate multiple technical workstreams. You will drive cross-functional alignment, governance, and delivery milestones in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of tech PM experience, strong executive communication, and a proven ability to manage onshore/offshore teams across time zones. This role emphasizes delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical project/program management leading multiple initiatives.
• Experience delivering technology initiatives (digital platforms) for clients.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Excellent executive-level communication and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical initiatives within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate between client stakeholders, delivery teams, and account leadership.
• Develop project plans, resource forecasts, and status reports for executives.
• Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps with technical leads.
• Identify risks and blockers; drive mitigations and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate governance ceremonies: steering, sprint reviews, and status calls.
• Promote Agile/hybrid practices and improve delivery templates across the account.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
