Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Manager IT Delivery for Supply Chain Technology (SAP & Warehouse Systems) to lead SAP/WMS programs, manage multi-unit implementations, and partner with MSPs to ensure reliable, scalable supply chain IT services.

This role requires extensive SAP/WMS/ERP experience and strong leadership across global operations. The position involves overseeing upgrades, security, and incident resolution while guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 12 years’ experience planning, managing, developing, executing and maintaining SAP WMS/EWM or other ERP solutions in a large-scale environment
Minimum ten years of SAP or other ERP delivery leadership and end to end implementation experience
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in providing Supply Chain solutions, preferably within an SAP environment utilizing a CoE support model
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a people manager
Proficiency in business process knowledge within distribution space
Experience in managing employees and external vendors & resources
Extensive knowledge of IT governance, operations, and security practices
Demonstrated experience in managing IT services, with a strong understanding of managed service delivery
Proficient in application landscape, including both SAAS and on-premises solutions
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks; certifications a plus
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong background in SAP S/4HANA with master data management, procurement, order-to-cash and warehousing

Responsibilities

Oversee the management of SAP systems in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and warehouse management solutions and related applications.
Ensure successful delivery of supply chain programs/projects using SAP and other tools for multiple business units.
Collaborate with AMS partner to ensure optimal performance, availability, and stability of SAP WMS.
Lead operations, overseeing application reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
Govern IT standards for solution delivery to meet supply chain needs.
Develop stakeholder relationships and communicate with IT and business operations.
Lead SAP upgrades, patches and enhancements with multiple partners.
Serve as primary liaison between the organization and MSP for SAP AM.
Monitor SLA/KPIs and address service delivery issues.
Provide regular review and results to IT Leadership for optimization opportunities.
Provide strategic guidance on SAP and non-SAP applications to improve processes.
Identify opportunities for innovation within SAP ecosystem and ensure governance and control.
Coordinate DC systems/WMS upgrades with internal and external resources.
Deploy DC SOPs with version control and audits
Communicate strategy with leadership and business partners
Manage demand, capacity, and budgets with senior leadership
