Sycle seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead delivery and technical strategy for a major enterprise account from Vancouver, focusing on migrating a legacy system to our flagship SaaS platform while continuing feature delivery and security remediation.

The role requires deep domain knowledge of audiology and enterprise software delivery, with strong collaboration across Account Management, Engineering, and Business Analysis to optimize sprint velocity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing strategic enterprise software accounts and presenting to external client stakeholders and executives.
• Hands-on experience working directly with engineering teams on APIs, data architecture, security remediation, and complex system integrations with minimal technical guidance.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear prose and concise client updates.
• Proven track record in leading platform migrations and managing cross-functional delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic product relationship for a key enterprise account and set client expectations.
• Lead third‑party integration planning, gap analysis, and migrations to Sycle's SaaS platform.
• Understand system architecture, APIs, DevOps dependencies, and data flows to guide engineering teams.
• Balance multiple initiatives across client features, technical debt, integrations, and platform stability.
