Job summary

Emera is seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management (OCM) to provide enterprise-wide leadership ensuring adoption and sustainment of strategic change across our operating companies. You will set vision, strategy, and standards for how change is led, governed, and embedded, advancing readiness and long-term cultural shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, Communications, Change Management, or related field.
• Masters degree in a related field would be an asset.
• 5+ years in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development, and/or Employee Communications.
• Proven track record of leading complex change initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing strategies, managing budgets, and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise change strategy and governance framework aligned with long-term roadmaps.
• Lead, develop, and coach a high-performing OCM team and manage resources.
• Build trusted partnerships with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Define metrics for readiness, adoption, and behavioral outcomes; drive continuous improvement.
• Lead OCM plans including impact assessments, communications, training, and reinforcement.
