Job summary

BrainStation, a global AI and digital skills leader, seeks a Strategist, Enterprise, to guide enterprise clients through AI-enabled transformation. You will work with C-suite and senior leaders to shape capabilities, operating models, and roadmaps across product, marketing, design, and data teams.

You will support discovery, design engagements, author compelling proposals, and help grow client relationships, with a hybrid office schedule and global travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of client-facing experience with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems and communicate a clear point of view.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Interest in AI, digital technology and business transformation.
• Hybrid work model with in-person office days.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with C-suite executives and business leaders to discuss AI capability.
• Guide clients through discovery, engagement shaping, and workshops.
• Learn client business models, operating contexts, and competitive pressures.
• Conduct current-state assessments across people, process, and tech.
• Design target-state capabilities and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to AI/innovation advisory and product alignment.
• Facilitate executive workshops and coordinate sessions to drive decisions.
• Create proposals, presentations, and engagement documentation for senior audiences.
• Track AI and digital trends to inform BrainStation's POV and market conversations.
