Job summary

Powerfleet Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, AI Transformation to drive enterprise-wide AI adoption and measurable impact.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Technology to identify high-value AI opportunities and advance them from ideas to scalable solutions. You will help establish and operate the AI Center of Excellence and governance, collaborating with Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure responsible

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, digital transformation, strategy, consulting, product, operations, or related disciplines, with AI or emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI, GenAI, automation, and their practical business applications.
• Experience identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, and executing AI use cases based on value and feasibility.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, roadmaps, and business cases.
• Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, security, and enterprise tech considerations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions based on value and feasibility.
• Build and maintain an enterprise AI portfolio and roadmaps within the transformation program.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with clear objectives, milestones, and ownership.
• Prepare and present AI strategies and progress to executives; translate AI concepts into business opportunities.
• Establish governance, standards, and playbooks to accelerate responsible AI adoption.
