Job description
Define and execute enterprise AI strategy by co-developing a multi-year roadmap with senior executives, aligning initiatives to measurable business outcomes, and centralizing AI/IT delivery into a shared services model that improves efficiency and builds organizational trust.
Architect and standardize patterns for agentic AI solutions, enabling the development of reliable, auditable, and scalable workflows suitable for regulated environments, with clear guidelines for safety, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop controls.
Establish and operationalize standards, frameworks, and reference architectures for onboarding new AI technologies (including generative AI and agentic systems), enabling consistent, secure, and scalable adoption across the enterprise.
Design and implement governance models and delivery patterns for AI solutions, including intake, evaluation, risk classification, deployment, and lifecycle management—ensuring repeatability and reducing time-to-value for new capabilities.
Scale enterprise AI adoption by rolling out productivity platforms (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and agentic frameworks), supported by structured enablement programs, training, and adoption playbooks that drive measurable ROI and sustained usage.
Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders) to embed responsible AI principles, regulatory guardrails, and risk management practices into all phases of AI solution development and deployment.
Develop and enforce enterprise data and AI governance standards, including access controls, monitoring frameworks, and compliance mechanisms, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and reducing operational risk.
