Job summary

Safe Fleet in Canada is seeking a strategic Product Manager, AI Enablement to drive identification, prioritization, and delivery of high‑impact AI initiatives across the organization. You will partner with business units to analyze workflows, build business cases, define the AI roadmap, and lead discovery, pilots, rollout, and measurement of impact.

The role requires 6+ years in product management in tech, experience with AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude), and strong stakeholder

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience in technology‑driven environments.
Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives from discovery to delivery.
Experience identifying and validating new technology‑driven opportunities.
Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLM‑based applications and AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude).
Ability to build business cases and define measurable KPIs.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsibilities

Partner with business units and departments to analyze workflows, products, and operational processes to identify AI adoption opportunities.
Assess feasibility, risks, expected impact, and ROI for proposed AI initiatives.
Develop structured problem statements and business cases for prioritized initiatives.
Define and maintain the AI Enablement roadmap aligned with strategic business priorities.
Lead discovery, pilot validation, rollout, and impact measurement of AI initiatives.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering, IT, security, and compliance to ensure aligned and responsible AI adoption.
Communicate progress, measurable outcomes, and risks clearly to executive leadership.
Monitor adoption, user feedback, and long‑term business impact of deployed AI solutions.
Co‑lead AI awareness and training initiatives alongside other members of the AI Enablement Team.
Help educate stakeholders on practical AI applications, limitations, and best practices.
Contribute to building AI literacy across product, engineering, and business teams.
