Job summary

Apex Systems seeks a Lead Agentic AI Solutions Architect to drive end-to-end enterprise AI and automation initiatives. You will partner with business, product, engineering and architecture teams to identify scalable opportunities and design responsible AI solutions.

This role requires 10+ years in software or architecture and 5+ years with AI-enabled systems, with strong Python proficiency. Hybrid/Remote work is available based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or platform engineering.
• 5+ years designing and implementing AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Agentic AI and automation solutions from discovery to deployment.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable AI architectures leveraging AI agents, LLMs, APIs, and automation.
• Establish engineering standards, governance controls, and reusable capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
