Job summary

EY-Parthenon Canada is seeking a Learning Leader to shape and execute the learning and capability-building strategy across the Canada practice. You will oversee onboarding, technical capability development, leadership growth, and continuous professional development.

You will collaborate with global teams, influence senior leaders, and drive AI-enabled learning initiatives while controlling budgets and governance. This role requires strong business acumen and executive communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in learning, capability development or related field.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, consulting and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Curiosity and adaptability with interest in emerging technologies and AI.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Degree in HR/Organizational Development/Adult Learning/Instructional Design or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead the EY-P Canada learning strategy and roadmap aligning priorities with business strategy and global EY direction.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders translating priorities into scalable learning solutions.
• Oversee learning portfolio across technical, consulting, leadership, onboarding, and future capabilities.
• Partner with champions, resources, Talent, Risk and Quality to drive adoption and impact.
• Advance AI capability-building and embed responsible AI into learning experiences.
• Lead learning governance, compliance, mandatory training and policy guidance.
• Provide guidance on learning policies, external education requests, sponsorships and funding decisions.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, vendors, contracts and investments.
• Lead and coach the EY-P learning team, establishing accountability and service standards.
• Represent EY-P Canada in national and global learning forums and connect to firm-wide capabilities.
