Job summary

MSP Corp is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to propel sales growth by leveraging our diverse solutions and communicating value to technology and business leadership. The role combines strategic account planning, cross-functional collaboration, and strong Microsoft ecosystem engagement in a hybrid/remote setup.

Candidates should have Microsoft cloud services selling experience, public sector exposure, and the ability to structure deals with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience selling Microsoft cloud services to public sector clients.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to present to senior leadership and craft deals with internal/external teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience maintaining a healthy CRM pipeline (3x monthly target).

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our MSP Corp team.

About the Role

As Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive sales growth by surpassing set targets. This role requires mastery of our diverse solutions suite and the ability to articulate our value proposition to key stakeholders in technology and business leadership roles. A profound understanding of how businesses leverage technology to thrive in dynamic economic landscapes is essential.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Work Mode: Hybrid role working or remotely
• Travel: This role may involve occasional travel

What You Will Do

• Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales targets and the strategies necessary to not only meet but exceed them.
• Cultivate an in-depth comprehension of clients, prospects, and the industries they operate in.
• Foster a profound familiarity with company products and services.
• Articulate the alignment of our core business values with the needs of prospects and clients.
• Recognize the pivotal role of key partners, such as Microsoft, in supporting the value proposition we offer.
• Understand the internal team structure and collaborate effectively to achieve company targets.
• Collaborate closely with Professional Services and Managed Services to ensure alignment on processes, strategies, and customer success criteria.
• Remain abreast of industry trends and developments.
• Establish and nurture relationships with counterparts at Microsoft.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans to synchronize all departments with client growth strategies.
• Pursue and maintain essential Microsoft sales training certifications and/or relevant experience.
• Take a leadership role in the execution of RFP responses.

What We Are Looking For

• Microsoft cloud services selling experience, including deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure workloads
• Public sector sales experience
• Comfort meeting with and presenting to senior leadership, both technical and business
• A deal architect, being able to craft a deal with the right internal teams and external partners
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Core Microsoft Productivity & Collaboration tools experience
• Meet or Exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Grow & maintain client portfolio
• Maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM (3x your monthly target)
• Activity with Partners, Clients, Prospects, and Internal Resources
• Strong technical acumen, ideally with background in a technical role prior to moving into sales
