ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking a bilingual Transfer Agent Processing professional for a full-time contract in the Toronto area. You will manage service distribution queues, handle account setups and non-financial requests, and collaborate with the Client Services Project Analyst to drive TAP initiatives in a hybrid work environment.
Fluent English and French, strong keyboard skills, and prior customer service or administrative experience are required.
