You’ll partner with Product, UX, Data, and other teams to deliver reliable software that solves dealer and customer needs. You will guide design reviews, plan delivery, and establish sustainable processes while advancing AI-powered tooling.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop engineers.
• Hands-on software engineering background with scalable web apps.
• Experience with Scrum Master responsibilities and project delivery.
• Practical AI experience in engineering workflows.
• Inclusive leadership and clear communication.
