Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven success recruiting technical roles.
• Experience recruiting within engineering, automation, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments.
• Strong technical screening capability and ability to assess candidate fit beyond resumes.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with Canadian technical labour markets.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trades roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, project needs, and candidate profiles.
• Draft and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and targeted searches.
• Review resumes and conduct technical screening interviews.
• Coordinate and participate in interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Present qualified candidate shortlists and hiring recommendations.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Track requisitions, recruitment activity, and hiring metrics.
• Continuously improve sourcing and screening approaches as needs evolve.
