Job summary

EPCOR Technologies Inc. is seeking a Coordinator, Project Delivery in Edmonton, AB. You will coordinate Energy Services projects, support change management, communications, and process changes for operations, ensuring readiness and adoption.

Reporting to the Manager, Project Delivery, you will track milestones, risks, and dependencies, support UAT, maintain documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a utility company or related role.
Experience with project management and/or change management concepts.
Experience working with EPCOR business and IT processes is preferred.
Understanding of EPCOR business and IT processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinating completion of Energy Services projects by supporting the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of project activities.
Supporting completion of projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
Tracking project milestones, deliverables, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Monitoring and escalating project risks, barriers, and resource constraints, as required.
Supporting coordination of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution and leading coordination of UAT resources.
Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
Supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational and process changes resulting from Energy Services projects to ensure operational readiness and successful adoption.
