Job summary

Bunch Projects in Alberta is seeking a senior Project Engineer to join our design and engineering team. The successful candidate will provide technical and project support across cross-functional teams, interface with clients, discipline leads, and contractors, and help drive successful delivery in a dynamic oil and gas environment.

This role supports pre-FEED, FEED, detailed engineering, and construction phases, working closely with the Project Manager and project controls team, mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Registered P.Eng. with APEGA.
• 10–15+ years in EPC/EPCM or major production ops.
• Direct experience with Western Canadian energy infrastructure.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end EPC project execution to meet schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Develop and control project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with process engineers, designers, construction, and contractors to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.
• Mentor junior engineers and support staff throughout project phases.
