Job summary

Saskatchewan Polytechnic Prince Albert Campus is hiring a Desktop Support Analyst (Part Time) to be the single point of contact for end users, providing support and maintenance for end-user computing. Qualifications

• Two-year Diploma in Information Technology (Ontario eligibility where applicable).
• One year experience in enterprise IT customer support.
• Experience with end-user devices, labs, and enterprise imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide single point of contact for end users and support end-user devices.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade devices and labs.
• Support software, patch management, and security tooling.
• Document procedures and provide ongoing technical guidance.
