Job summary

Kindersley Health Centre is seeking an Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic Coordinator to join the Ambulance - Land team. The role includes responding to calls, providing immediate assessment, treatment and transport, and covering standby assignments as needed.

Position is part-time regular (FTE 0.75) with shifts across days, nights, evenings and weekends. Must hold ACP/EMT-P, PALS, ACLS, BLS and a valid driver’s license; HSAS union affiliation preferred.

Qualifications

• ACP diploma required.
• PALS and ACLS certifications preferred.
• EMT-P/ACP license required.
• Valid Class 4 driver's license.
• HCP-C certificate recommended.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls with assessment, treatment and transport.
• Cover standby assignments as operations require.
• On-call readiness within 10 minutes when dispatched.

Job Description: The EMT-ACP will respond to calls for service as per dispatch instructions, providing assessment, treatment and transportation of ill or injured persons.
