Job summary

A healthcare provider in Saskatchewan is looking for an Emergency Medical Technician/Primary Care Paramedic to respond to calls and provide care in a variety of situations. Candidates must hold a Primary Care Paramedic diploma and relevant certifications, along with strong communication and critical thinking skills. This casual position offers shifts covering days, nights, and weekends. The salary ranges from $29.909 to $36.572 per hour based on experience. Recruitment incentives may be available.

Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, or their designate, the EMT/PCP, responds to emergent and non-emergent calls for service; and provides assessment, treatment and transportation of the ill or injured persons consistent with The Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations, Saskatchewan College of Paramedics Clinical Practice Protocols and established policies and procedures. Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement
