Qnity in Mississauga is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as the interface between customers and the business, handling order-to-cash processes and coordinating with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, problem solving, and using SAP OTC, Salesforce, and advanced Excel tools to deliver accurate orders, credits, and returns while maintaining SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new conditions and personnel with confidence from Customers.
• Experience with Order to Cash transactions in SAP.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer orders through CS work processes and systems.
• Handle all order types, including indent orders and service invoicing requests.
• Support returns coordination per Return Policies.
• Maintain knowledge of products, applications, and service offerings.
• Strengthen customer experience by building relationships and gathering market intelligence.
• Coordinate activity at assigned accounts and proactively address issues.
