Job summary

Quota Crushers Agency is partnering with a leading electrical distributor in Southern Ontario to hire an Account Executive - Electrical Solutions. The role focuses on managing existing accounts and driving new business, with a deep technical understanding of wire, cable, connectors, automation, and assemblies.

The successful candidate will balance inside and outside sales, collaborate with engineers and buyers, and occasionally travel across the GTA, Niagara Falls, and Kitchener.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical sales experience in wire, cable, connectors, automation, and assemblies.
• Strong B2B sales background in electrical distribution.
• Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Rubicon) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and actively pursue new business.
• Navigate complex sales cycles and conduct product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineers and purchasing managers to deliver solutions.
• Balance inside and outside sales, including occasional travel.
