Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world’s energy sector and, due to continued growth, is seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisors to join its 24/7 manufacturing operations.

Reporting to a Maintenance Manager, these leadership opportunities will oversee skilled trades teams and play a critical role in keeping high-performance industrial operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years leading skilled trades in a unionized, heavy industrial or 24/7 environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, automation, controls and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems.
• Lead continuous improvement, root-cause analysis and downtime reduction.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with Production and maintenance teams.
