Qualifications

• Must have Red Seal trade certificate or equivalent.
• Diploma or degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years supervising trades in a unionized industrial setting.
• Excellent communication and continuous improvement mindset.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using CMMS and MS Office.
