Reporting to a Maintenance Manager, these leadership opportunities will oversee skilled trades teams and play a critical role in keeping high-performance industrial operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years leading skilled trades in a unionized, heavy industrial or 24/7 environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, automation, controls and electrical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems.
• Lead continuous improvement, root-cause analysis and downtime reduction.
• Coordinate daily maintenance with Production and maintenance teams.

Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. has partnered with a global leader in tube manufacturing serving the world’s energy sector and, due to continued growth, is seeking experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisors to join its 24/7 manufacturing operations. Reporting to a Maintenance Manager, these leadership opportunities will oversee skilled trades teams and play a critical role in keeping high-performance industrial operations running safely, reliably, and efficiently. The successful Supervisors will coordinate daily maintenance activities, assign responsibilities, support Production, and lead their teams through equipment challenges and operational priorities in a demanding heavy-industrial environment.

This is an opportunity for hands-on, technically strong maintenance leaders who thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities include preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment repairs, continuous improvement, root-cause analysis, and minimizing production downtime. Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, automation, controls and electrical equipment is essential, along with the ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.

Our ideal Candidates should have an Electrical or closely related technical background and a minimum of 4 years of experience leading skilled trades in a unionized, heavy industrial or 24/7 manufacturing environment. We are looking for decisive leaders who can coach and develop their teams while working collaboratively with Production and Maintenance to resolve issues and keep the operation moving.

There are multiple opportunities available to join our Client's team across 3 departments; Rolling Mill, NDT, and Electrical Patrol operations. The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor positions supporting Rolling Mill and NDT operations will follow an 8-hour schedule, with Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, or Wednesday-Sunday rotations determined with the hiring manager. The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor positions supporting Electrical Patrol operations will follow a 12-hour rotating day/night schedule.
