Job summary

Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS) is seeking an experienced Facilitation & eLearning Experience Specialist in Edmonton, Alberta. The role focuses on delivering engaging webinars and in-person sessions to help pension plan members and clients navigate benefits and processes.

You will design practical educational resources, blend synchronous and asynchronous learning, and create customized eLearning solutions to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience facilitating workshops or seminars for diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation skills and familiarity with best practices in adult learning.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and 2-3 years experience in eLearning design and LMS experience.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Experience in instructional design and eLearning content development.

Responsibilities

• Delivering informative and engaging virtual webinars and in person sessions that support pension plan members and clients in making informed decisions.
• Helping members and employers understand pension benefits and processes by providing clear, accurate, and timely information.
• Collaborating with clients and team members to design practical and innovative educational resources that meet member needs.
• Developing customized eLearning solutions that strengthen learning outcomes, which may include: instructional design, online training development, storyboard creation, content development, platform integration, graphic design.
