Job summary

BrightPath Kids in Maple Ridge, BC is seeking a Part-Time School Bus Driver to transport children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons.

Responsibilities include obeying traffic laws, performing safety inspections of the bus before and after each route, ensuring student safety, assisting students getting on and off the bus, and handling other duties as assigned. CPR/First Aid certification and a Class 4 license are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience driving a school bus (training provided for the right candidate).
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Experience working with children is an asset.
• Class 4 Drivers license with a clear drivers abstract; S Endorsement preferred.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
