We focus on understanding our client's challenges and developing custom solutions powered by Salesforce to transform their sales, service, and marketing capabilities by exploring data, identifying trends, managing customer life cycles, strategically building and leveraging online communities, driving employee engagement and collaboration, and connecting directly with channel partners to share goals, objectives, and activities in a secure, branded location.

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As a senior manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Identifying client needs, responding to requests for proposals, and providing estimates for solution development
  2. Leading teams in creating platform solutions, best practices, and implementation of multiple platform suites of products to enable differentiated solutions for financial services clients
  3. Mentoring the next generation of consultants, providing insights and challenging them to improve
  4. Identifying, developing, and winning significant bids and pursuits to meet sales targets
  5. Coaching, guiding, and assisting team members in preparation for client meetings, presentations, and proposals
  6. Consulting with the account team and engagement partner on pricing strategy
  7. Facilitating executive and operational meetings and workshops across various topics
Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

Proven track record of implementing Salesforce solutions across the full software development lifecycle with a minimum of 5 years of experience. At least 3 years in a technical architect role, leading complex Salesforce deployments with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Ability to guide development teams on optimal platform technology use, identifying and mitigating technical risks across architecture. Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns, platform-specific limits, and design considerations. Experience developing and reviewing code on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including identifying development-related risks and limits. Awareness of common integration patterns and proven experience with Salesforce integrations. Understanding of functional security models and architecting solutions for security on the Salesforce Platform. Insight into data migration considerations, design trade-offs, and ETL tools. Awareness of large data volume risks, mitigation strategies, and reporting considerations.

Delivery / Technical Skills

Experience in implementing agile development methodologies, understanding of SDLC, and expertise in adapting SDLC processes to agile frameworks through DevOps practices and source control management. Salesforce Architect Certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Sharing and Visibility Architect, Integration Architect, Data Architect, and Identity and Access Management Architect. Salesforce Accredited Professional Credentials like Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Revenue Cloud. Proficient in guiding teams through complex deployments, troubleshooting, and articulating technical trade-offs. Familiarity with Salesforce platform's design patterns and limits. Experience managing technical communications with stakeholders and end users. An interest in continuous learning, especially in Salesforce advancements and technology trends.
