Join JanBask - IT Services & Consulting as an IT Sales Manager (B2B). We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead our sales efforts, focusing on North American markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Appointment Setting: Drive cold calling efforts to generate and set appointments with potential clients for web design, digital marketing, and e-commerce solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets, including call volume, meetings scheduled, proposals closed, and revenue goals.
- End-to-End Sales Process: Manage full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead nurturing to proposal and closing.
- Marketing Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and matching services accordingly.
- Sales Strategy & Methodology: Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and grow revenue.
- Presentations & Demos: Conduct presentations and demos to showcase our capabilities to prospective clients.
- Sales Documentation: Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and proposal requests professionally and tailored to client needs.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior sales team members to achieve their sales goals.
- Offshore Sales Collaboration: Work with our offshore team in India to target North American clients effectively.
- Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice on web design, digital marketing strategies, and e-commerce solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance data and adjust strategies for continuous growth.
Position Requirements:
- 3+ years of sales experience in website design, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related IT services, with a focus on North American and international markets.
- 3+ years of sales management experience, leading teams and achieving quotas for at least 2 years.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and sales tracking software.
- Leadership ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
- Deep industry knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce solutions.
