Job Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for preventative, reactive, and breakdown maintenance.
• This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to lead and schedule jobs as required.
• Requires strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and understand their needs and requirements.
• Assist in running and maintaining the radio shop, updating the database, and supporting day-to-day operations.
• Possess a strong understanding of DC power systems (12V / 24V / 48V).
• Demonstrate excellent troubleshooting skills and adaptability to field changes.
• Have a good understanding of IP networking, RF, microwave, mesh networks, and dispatch systems.
• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency with software such as Putty, Telnet, and Microsoft Office products.

Must Have

• Electronics diploma or trade certificate in a related field.
• Experience in programming wireless radios.
• Experience in programming tire-monitor systems and distracted driving systems.
• Experience with Mine Dispatch systems.
• Experience working with Cambium and Cisco products.
• 2-way radio experience, preferably with Motorola systems.
