Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Setup, maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and related computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
• Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
• Provide problem-solving services to users.

Additional Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Managing and maintaining MS Windows 11 Workstations.
• Understanding and resolving client LAN or WAN networking issues.
• Installing and maintaining switches, routers, and managed switches.
• Installing and managing small business servers.
• Maintaining a Server 2019 / 2025 environment.
• Supporting user requests and performing remote installations.
• Assisting users with access problems, including password resets and network access failures.
• Troubleshooting client-side network connectivity issues, including digital authentication, remote access, software provisioning, and communication.
• Consulting user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
• Providing advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
• Setting up equipment, including installation of network equipment and supporting infrastructure.

Ideally, you are certified or have experience in:

• Customer-facing roles
• Windows 11 operating systems
• Windows Server 2019 / 2025
• Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Office applications
• Remote support software (Connectwise, TeamViewer, AnyDesk, ScreenConnect)

Desired knowledge of any of the following:

• MacOS / iCloud support
