Job summary

Empower Tutoring is seeking an Educational Consultant to join our Ontario-based online tutoring team. This is a full-time remote role with weekly hours and weekend potential.

You will respond to inquiries, run consultations, and guide families to the right tutoring plan, while maintaining accurate lead records and notes for tutor matching. Ideal candidates have a university degree, knowledge of the Ontario curriculum, and experience in customer service or sales within an educational setting.

Qualifications

• University degree required.

• Previous experience in education or as a tutor is an asset.
• Available full-time and willing to commit long-term.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new family inquiries.

Hours:

• Regular hours: Mondays-Thursdays: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, Fridays 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Subject to potential weekend shifts (3-4 hours on either Saturday OR Sunday)

We are currently looking for a dedicated entry-level Educational Sales Consultant who is enthusiastic, high energy, and enjoys helping families with their tutoring needs.

Responsibilities
