Job summary

Empower Tutoring Inc. is seeking an entry-level Educational Sales Consultant for our Ontario-based online tutoring company. This full-time, remote position will follow Toronto time, with potential weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting phone consultations with parents, assessing student needs, recommending tutoring plans, and guiding families through pricing and enrollment. A university degree and customer service or sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an educational setting.
• Available full-time and willing to commit long-term.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new family inquiries.
• Run phone consultations with parents.
• Understand each student\'s needs and goals.
• Recommend the right tutoring plan and discuss enrollment.
• Follow up with families and hand off to Student Success Managers.
• Write clear notes to support tutor matching and keep lead records up to date.
