Job summary

Empower Tutoring in Ontario is hiring an Educational Consultant for a fully remote, full-time position. You will handle new family inquiries, conduct phone consultations with parents, understand each student’s goals, and recommend tutoring plans with pricing discussions.

You will also follow up with families and document notes to aid tutor matching. The role requires a university degree and customer service or sales experience, preferably in education.

• University degree is required.
• Knowledge of the Ontario curriculum is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in education.
• Prior experience in education or tutoring is an asset.
