Wolf Creek Public Schools seeks a service-minded Technology Support Analyst to join our Technology Services team. This entry-level role focuses on hands-on in-school IT support for teachers, staff, administrators, and students.

In this role you will install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows PCs and Chromebooks, support Google Workspace, and help staff use our tools confidently. Based in Ponoka with travel to school sites.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, ChromeOS, software installation.
• Customer-focused attitude with a desire to help people in a school setting.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to explain technical steps simply.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work independently within procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the district.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, timely technical support in classrooms and offices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows PCs and Chromebooks.
• Support classroom displays, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot wired/wireless connectivity and escalate complex issues.
• Assist staff with Google Workspace and division-supported tools.
• Record requests and solutions for team knowledge sharing.
• Assist with device deployment, inventory, and lifecycle maintenance.
