Job summary

StoneRidge Insurance Brokers, a division of SIB Corp., is seeking an EDI & Reports Specialist in Regina, Saskatchewan. You will ensure seamless daily automated policy downloads from multiple carriers into Applied Epic, maintaining data integrity and resolving transmission errors to keep real-time client data accurate.

You will audit suspense logs, coordinate with carrier IT teams and internal account managers, and generate recurring operational reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience handling data entry or administrative operations.
• Basic understanding of insurance terminology, policy structures, and transaction types.
• Experience using Applied Epic or another broker management system is considered an asset.
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.

StoneRidge Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy EDI & Reports Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play an important role in supporting our insurance brokers, ensuring that daily automated policy downloads from our insurance carriers seamlessly integrate into our Broker Management System (Applied Epic). Your primary objective is to maintain database integrity, investigate transmission errors, and eliminate data discrepancies so our production and service teams always have access to real-time client data.

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Location: Regina, SK

Pay Range: From $40,000 annually

What You Will Do
