Job summary

Knight Archer Insurance in Regina, SK is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive growth, and uphold regulatory standards. This in-office, full-time role focuses on coaching staff and delivering exceptional client service.

You will manage schedules, onboard new team members, mentor colleagues, handle client concerns, and partner with leaders to align resources with business goals. Required license and leadership experience are assets.

Qualifications

• Level 3 General Insurance License required.
• CIP, CAIB, or other relevant industry designations considered an asset.
• Experience leading or mentoring others in a personal lines insurance setting; formal supervisory experience is an asset.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams.

Knight Archer Insurance is looking for an Branch Manager to help lead our team and keep the branch running smoothly. You’ll support day-to-day operations, coach your colleagues, and help us deliver the kind of service our clients can count on.

Position: Branch Manager

Job Type: In Office (5 Days), Full Time, Permanent

Work Location: Regina, SK

Pay Range: From $70,000 annually

What You Will Do:
