Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to join their team! The ideal candidate must be bilingual French and licensed in Quebec.

Location : Remote

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to :

• Collaboratively and regularly meets with Account Executive(s) and the team to stay abreast of client account status
• Liaises with clients on the status of requests for coverage or renewal
• Handles routine customer and Account Executive inquiries / concerns in a timely manner
• Proactively identifies coverage gaps and makes insurance and risk management recommendations
• Remains current on new products, coverages and market trends within the insurance industry
• Assists Account Executive(s) in the placement of new business opportunities

Requirements :

• 8+ years of solid experience in Commercial Lines Insurance
• Level 2 General Insurance License and must be licensed in Quebec
• CIP designation or enrolled in CIP course is preferred
• Prior EPIC experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills
