Job summary

Mind Games in London, ON is seeking a motivated Store Assistant Manager to help lead the team and support daily operations. You will assist the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching staff, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced, playful environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving financial objectives by preparing budgets, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective action.

• Drive sales and marketing initiatives by analyzing promotions, display plans, and operating/financial reports to maximize profitability.
• Ensure the store is safe, clean, and compliant with policies and procedures.
• Implement and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs to protect assets.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

You are best suited for this role if you have the following qualifications and skills:

Pay Rate: $19 - $20 per hour
