Job summary

Sterling Rivers is seeking an Order Fulfillment & Customer Service Coordinator to maintain smooth operations across our eCommerce platforms. You will handle order processing, freight coordination, and client communication, acting as the central point for both clients and warehouse partners.

This hands-on role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts, from processing to customer inquiries and inventory-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce order processing.
• Experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a multi-tasked role.
• Advanced critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience using Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process high volumes of orders using EDI and client/warehouse systems.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled within the agreed timeframe for each client.
• Coordinate with warehouse on order fulfillment and shipping readiness.
• Manage order modifications, including address changes, cancellations, and shipping changes.
