Silk & Snow in Toronto, Canada, is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator - Retail to join our operations team. You will coordinate retail order fulfillment, manage inventory accuracy, and collaborate with warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveries to stores and distribution centers.

Requirements include 1–3 years in logistics or operations, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with 3PLs and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in ecommerce.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and carriers.
• Proficient with browser- and mobile-based tools, especially Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate retail order fulfillment from warehouse partners to stores and distribution centers.
• Schedule and track transportation of POs from warehouses to DCs, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Maintain inventory records at DCs, reconciling discrepancies and updating order management systems.
• Support day-to-day logistics operations for retail stores, including escalations and process improvements.
• Assist with new store openings operationally and ensure requirements are delivered on time.
• Manage logistics for planned warehouse sales including setup and teardown.
• Monitor the flow of White Glove orders to ensure timely fulfillment and track exchange orders.
• Troubleshoot fulfillment issues such as shipping delays or labeling errors and coordinate resolutions.
• Act as a key contact for store managers and DC teams regarding inventory inquiries and replenishment updates.
• Manage and process Retail and Partner Dropship orders and ensure accurate transmission to warehouse partners.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems for inventory, orders, and shipments.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Customer Service, and Retail Operations on priorities and updates.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows.

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator - Retail to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating retail order fulfillment, ensuring smooth delivery from our warehouse partners to stores and distribution centers and managing inventory accuracy.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to resolve operational issues, improve processes, and support a seamless customer experience. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• SendRetailStoreReplenishmentpurchaseorderstothewarehousepartnersfor fulfillment and coordinate relabeling of inventory to meet retail needs.
• ScheduleandtracktransportationofPOsfromwarehousetoDistributionCenters, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries
• MaintainaccurateinventoryrecordsforallproductsattheDCsbycoordinating inventorycounts,reconcilingdiscrepancies,andensuringtheordermanagementsystem is up to date
• Supporttheday-to-dayexecutionoflogisticsforretailstores,includingrespondingto escalations and identifying process improvements.

• Processandmanageinventorytransfersbetween3PLsandDCsensuringinventory accuracy and timely deliveries.
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsincludingMerchandising,CustomerService,and Retail Operations to align on fulfillment priorities, inventory needs, and operational updates.
• Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiatives,identifyingopportunitiestostreamline workflows or automate manual processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• 1–3yearsofexperienceinalogistics,supplychain,oroperationsrole,preferablyine-commerce (transportation, distribution, warehousing, or operational experience considered an asset)

Additional information

This is a current open position. The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 annually. Actual salary for the role may vary depending on work location of the successful candidate and other factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, working conditions and the local labour market.
