We’re bootstrappers building something extraordinary and long-lasting, both for our team and customers. See more on our Instagram, Glassdoor, and website!

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and strategic eCommerce expert to shape the future of our DTC business at Fittes. As the eCommerce Manager, DTC (Shopify), you’ll own the end-to-end storefront experience—from homepage to checkout—and play a critical role in increasing conversion and optimizing the customer journey. With tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics at your fingertips, you’ll make data-informed decisions that directly impact business outcomes.

We’re looking for someone with a strong grasp of eCommerce fundamentals and deep experience with Shopify. You should be fluent in conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices like A/B testing, personalization, and UX enhancements. You’re confident leading technical SEO initiatives and managing the overseeing backend website development to bring high-quality site improvements to life. Working closely with brand, content, and marketing teams, you’ll ensure seasonal campaigns and merchandising strategies are beautifully executed. You’re detail-oriented, comfortable with tools like heatmaps and web analytics, and bring a rigorous QA mindset to everything you touch.

Fundamental to our success as an organization is building scalable processes. We want someone who loves to create, improve, simplify, and automate to maximize what we can accomplish—whether that’s developing a CRO experimentation pipeline, streamlining QA with our developers, or automating insights from PDP performance. You’re excited to make things work better, faster, and smarter—for our customers and our teams.
