E-Commerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development & Optimization:

• Oversee the end-to-end management of the website, ensuring seamless user experiences across both desktop and mobile platforms.
• Troubleshoot website issues, enhance performance, and apply security updates.
• Make design and functionality improvements as needed to meet evolving business needs.

E-Commerce Operations:

• Manage the online store, maintaining accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
• Integrate and optimize payment gateways, shipping options, and the checkout process.
• Leverage SEO strategies and analytics to increase site traffic and improve conversions.
• Monitor sales trends and customer behaviors, using insights to inform decision-making.

Digital Marketing & Content Support:

• Partner with the marketing team to create compelling landing pages, promotions, and campaigns.
• Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and enhance on-page content.
• Manage the integration of email marketing, CRM, and social media platforms for cohesive marketing efforts.

Security & Compliance:

• Ensure robust website security, including regular updates and backups, as well as protection against cyber threats.
• Maintain compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and secure online transactions.

What You Bring:

Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of strong experience in Shopify
• Expertise in SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Familiarity with payment gateway integration and online security standards.

Soft Skills:

• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly.
• Proven project management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
