As our Project Manager, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal team of designers and developers. You’ll oversee multiple eCommerce projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest level of quality. You will also act as a trusted point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, organize, and manage eCommerce design and development projects using agile or hybrid workflows. Track milestones, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Team Coordination: Lead and support a cross-functional team of designers, developers. Assign tasks, manage workloads, and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients. Hold regular check-ins, communicate project progress, and manage expectations with clarity and professionalism.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential roadblocks or scope issues, and work with stakeholders to resolve them quickly.
• Quality Control: Ensure final deliverables meet client goals, follow best practices, and maintain agency standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably in an agency setting
• Proven experience managing eCommerce projects (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.)
• Strong understanding of design and development workflows
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you’re client-facing, confident, and empathetic
• Comfortable using project management tools (e.g. ClickUp)
• Bonus: Experience working with Figma, Slack, GitHub, or other relevant tools
• Most importantly, you love what you do!
