We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, innovative, and results-oriented Project Manager to join our expanding e-Commerce department. In this role, you will manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA Engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of experience in the position of PM in web development is a must
  • At least an Advanced level of written and spoken English
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, project management methodologies, tools, and techniques and their practical application
  • Experience with pre-sale activities: requirements elicitation and specification, estimation process
  • Proven experience in project planning and execution:
  • Development of the project plans, reports, timelines, and other project documentation
  • Setting the milestones and timelines
  • Resource allocation and management
  • Project progress and budget control
  • Change management
  • Daily communication with the team and stakeholders (regular meetings, emails, messengers). Business communication style in written correspondence.
  • Maturity and ability to work independently
  • Ability to cooperate with multiple teams (developers, designers, QA engineers, Sales representatives) in a dynamic project environment (managing a few projects simultaneously)
  • Experience with e-Commerce projects: preferably Shopify, but still can be BigCommerce or Magento
Responsibilities
  • Management of multiple projects simultaneously (retainers, ongoing support, and greenfield projects (T&M/Fixed Price))
  • Pre-sale activities: requirements elicitation and description, estimation
  • Project planning and execution, backlog management
  • Budget and quality management
  • Customer relationship management: day-to-day communication (both verbal and written), engagement development, project negotiations, etc.
  • Proactive escalation of any issues, risks management, news delivery to stakeholders as well as development of mitigating actions
  • Project and team performance measurement using appropriate tools
  • Cooperation with multiple teams daily
  • Working on team development: set a proper collaboration process, motivate the members, provide feedback, and help with the improvement of their skills
  • Readiness for continuous self-education and improvement: Shopify courses, PM-related materials
