Position Overview

The eCommerce Business Account Manager (BAM) located in Toronto, Ontario, is responsible for managing key pureplay accounts, including Amazon. The BAM focuses on building profitable net sales, market share, digital shelf presence, and distribution. The role involves implementing Hill’s strategies to accelerate growth and monitoring performance metrics to enhance the online customer experience.

What You Will Do
  1. Lead change and maintain a detailed understanding of customer drivers of growth.
  2. Collaborate with analytics teams, leveraging data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  3. Develop and execute joint growth plans with customers.
  4. Monitor customer performance to ensure alignment with Hill’s standards.
  5. Use tools like Tableau, Domo, Numerator, and Profitero to track KPIs.
  6. Manage budgeting, sales forecasting, and prepare leadership presentations.
  7. Oversee customer payments.
  8. Work with Hill’s Commercial Team and eCommerce Marketing Manager to implement brand strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Strong skills in Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Google Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on win-win solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and categories.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a test & learn approach.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Digital savviness and understanding of eCommerce dynamics.
  • Agile, adaptable mindset.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
