Zusammenfassung

Podean is a leading marketplace agency helping brands accelerate growth across Amazon, Walmart, Target, TikTok Shop, and other digital commerce platforms. We are looking for a Business Analytics Manager who will play a critical role in delivering actionable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making across our portfolio.

This role requires a strong analytical background combined with excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data insights to our internal team members

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in data-related field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, especially in e-commerce/digital marketplaces.
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with retail marketing tech offerings such as Profitero, JungleScout, Helium10.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize datasets into actionable insights.

• Lead data analysis and reporting for client performance across marketplaces.
• Develop dashboards and presentations with actionable insights.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations to improve ROI.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports.
• Stay updated on analytics tools and best practices; collaborate cross-functionally.
