Job summary

Mira is seeking an experienced Amazon Growth Manager to accelerate revenue growth across the US, Canada and UK. You will own the growth strategy, manage in-house advertising, and turn performance insights into actionable optimizations for the account and customer journey.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct Amazon growth experience with measurable improvements.
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns, with clear attribution.
• Strong Amazon CRO, listing SEO, A+ Content and data-driven experiments.
• US experience and multi-market roadmap ownership preferred; able to work across markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the Amazon growth plan across markets.
• Manage Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns with budget discipline.
• Improve listing copy, SEO, A+ content and testing.
• Own reviews program; monitor feedback and drive improvements.
• Coordinate operations around growth and inventory availability.
• Investigate returns and customer issues to improve education and listings.
• Shape the Amazon product mix with market feedback and pricing insights.
• Plan promotions and launches across markets; align with wider DTC strategy.
• Analyze performance trends and present clear actions and next steps.
• Audit and document account knowledge and decisions for continuity.
