Sporting Life is seeking an eCommerce Shipping Associate in Laval to ensure orders are processed, packed, and shipped on time. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless online shopping experience for customers, handling gear, apparel, or sporting equipment with precision.

Responsibilities include processing orders, packing shipments, tracking statuses, communicating delays, and resolving shipping issues with logistics providers while maintaining documentation and a tidy workspace.

• Process and fulfill online orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery expectations.


• Pack and prepare shipments following company standards to ensure products arrive safely and in perfect condition.


• Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate any delays or issues with customers via phone and electronic messaging.


• Adjust orders as needed to accommodate customer requests, product availability, or special instructions.


• Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including delays or lost packages, by coordinating with third-party logistics providers.


• Ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments, returns, and order modifications.


• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, following all operational and safety guidelines.
