• Monitor order statuses and proactively communicate delays or issues with customers via phone and electronic messaging.
• Adjust orders as needed to accommodate customer requests, product availability, or special instructions.
• Investigate and resolve shipping issues, including delays or lost packages, by coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for all shipments, returns, and order modifications.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace, following all operational and safety guidelines.
